A delegation of Ninh Binh's Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee, departments, and organizations held an incense offering ceremony at the province's martyr Memorial site and province's martyr monument on the morning of April 29, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 – 2025).The delegation offer incense at the province's martyr Memorial site.
